Saint Martin's University building earns 97 point LEED Platinum rating.

Earlier this week the St. Martin’s Engineering Building at Saint Martin’s University – a small liberal arts school in Lacey, WA – was awarded a Platinum certification under the LEED for New Construction 2009 rating system. Why is this a big deal? The building earned 97 points, making it the highest scoring LEED NC 2009 project in the United States, second only to the Pixel Building in the world.
