GRESB Investor Track at Greenbuild 2015

Monumental Green is a most appropriate theme for Greenbuild 2015. While the Washington DC setting conjures up touring historic monuments in and around the National Mall, the inaugural GRESB Investor Track at Greenbuild makes this a truly monumental year for many in the green building industry.

Tuesday November 17 is the International Summit at Greenbuild which includes the GRESB Investor Track — a program designed specifically for GRESB Members and investment professionals. Notable international leaders in diplomacy, banking and finance highlight the day-long event which includes two GRESB breakout sessions:

ESG and Real Estate Equity Investment: Expert panelists from Oxford Properties, Townsend Group, Lend Lease and CBRE Clarion Securities are set to provide insights into the importance of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) information in guiding global capital allocations.

ESG and Real Estate Debt Investment: Leading professionals from Bank of America, Fannie Mae and APG Asset Management will discuss how real estate companies are accessing debt capital in the fast growing global green bond market, and the relevance of green building certifications to real estate lenders.

Each year Greenbuild continues attracts over 20,000 leading industry professionals who are interested in attending the over 500 educational sessions while walking the expansive Greenbuild Expo Hall Floor to investigate the latest in energy and water efficient products and management techniques.
