ULI Honors Exceptional Development Efforts at Fall Meeting

This week, at its annual Fall Meeting, the Urban Land Institute announced the winners of the organizations’s four annual award programs:, the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workplace Housing Award, the Urban Open Space Award, the Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Award, and the Global Awards for Excellence.

Established in 2008 the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award recognizes projects that demonstrate creativity in expanding affordable housing opportunities for families in the United States. The 2015 winner of the Jack Kemp Award is:

The Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Award was created to recognize policy initiatives that provide support for affordable housing in local comunities. Winners of the Robert C. Larson Award for 2015 are:

The Global Awards for Excellence were started in 1979 with the goal of recognizing exemplary private and public sector development efforts. Development projects are judged on a wide variety of criteria, including design, leadership, community impact, financial success, and environmental protection.
