We are excited to announce the release of new features for the Green Building Information Gateway (GBIG) available exclusively for USGBC members and LEED professionals. These new features will allow professionals to connect to the 1.3 million activities currently available in GBIG. Creating connections will make it easier to discover the people who are contributing to great green buildings around the world.

Employees of USGBC member companies and active LEED professionals can now create accounts on GBIG and access the following exclusive features:

  • Create attractive professional profiles
  • Add roles to projects and buildings
  • Create and share custom collections
  • Track buildings and places around the world

Getting started is easy. Just use the new step-by-step “wizard” to quickly validate your status (USGBC member or LEED professional) and start building your personal profile today.

Once you create a profile and share a few roles, you will appear in GBIG search results and potentially on the GBIG Leader Gallery where we highlight users in roles such as architect, engineer, consultant, and many more.
